Founded in the year 2010, AAVI Siam is a highly recognized company engaged in producing top grade Oud oil using state of the art distillers and highly mature, oily Agarwood full of aroma sourced from the forests and natural plantations situated in East of Thailand. Besides this, we are also experienced in dealing in various derivatives like Agarwood chips and Agarwood powder. State Of the Art 9 Steps Process to Produce Best Quality Agarwood Oil

1. Tree is inoculated using natural process in order to initiate the process of resin production.

2. Inoculated trees are cut up and the white (non resin) part is separated with the resin part.

3. The good looking, dark pieces are separated and carved to be sold as top grade wood chips.

4. The rest of the darker wood is taken to the our sawing machine.

5. The larger chunks of wood is made into a fine powder.

6. This powder is soaked in the water from our water purification plant. Time of soaking varies depending on batch and requirement.

7. This mixture is placed in our boilers.

8. The oil is distilled for 5 - 10 days.

9. The oil from the condensers is collected and taken to our laboratory to be further purified.
